This was my first solo trip and Paul’s place felt cozy and secure. It was a prime spot to walk to many restaurants yet far enough to find a parking spot for my car rental. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable had a good nights sleep every night. I look forward to coming back!

Great stay at Paul's place...everything was as described, very clean, uncluttered, and exactly what we were looking for. Paul's instructions were super clear and communication with him was easy and quick. Would definitely stay at Paul's place again(!)

Great location near Balboa Park and Little Italy with convenient transit options for getting downtown in 20-30 minutes. We appreciated how responsive Paul was as a host and made our stay a breeze from start to finish!

The house was exactly as described. Paul was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The space had exactly what we needed without being cluttered and was nicely decorated. We all, even our two little ones, felt right at home here.

I highly recommend this AirBnB! It is super cute, clean and spacious interior. Well thought out for clothing storage and work desk. It is open concept and the kitchen has all we needed. The location is top notch as it is located close to fabulous dining like Casa Pantera and close to downtown. Delicious breakfast and coffee spots close by. The host is awesome, responsive and helpful. I like that he checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Will stay here again!

Paul’s place was ideal for what we needed. They allowed pets and was close to where we needed to be. Paul communicated well. It’s not far from the Interstate which made it easier to come and go.

Great little place to stay for a few days. My dog and I enjoyed the easy access to nice parks, trails, and spaces with beautiful views. The room was well arranged with a useful kitchen and a comfortable small desk to work from.
