We take care of cleaning entirely, please enjoy your stay! Laundry room: The laundry room is shared with the guests in the rear unit. Please do not begin a load of laundry after 9:00pm and kindly respect your neighbor's space if they are using the laundry before you. Thank you. Please note this is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. In the even you or any visitor smokes or vapes inside the home or near an entry door you will be billed $525.00 to cover the cost of closing the property for 48 hours to run an ozone ionization unit to remove the smell.

Neighborhood

The studio is located on a quiet street near the 10 and 54 freeways and sits between the airport and downtown/central El Paso (3 miles to each). The neighborhood is near the Loretto Academy school and the home is blocks from Montana Street (a cross town thoroughfare), Albertsons supermarket, numerous restaurants and gas station, and a nice grassy park with trees, ball courts and good views of the Franklin Mountains. The historic Five-Points neighborhood, with the renown L&J Café, historic Concordia Cemetery, and colorful is a mile away.

Paul's place was a great space in El Paso. The space is well appointed and close to all amenities. Paul was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay in El Paso that much better!

I highly recommend this AirBnB! It is super cute, clean and spacious interior. Well thought out for clothing storage and work desk. It is open concept and the kitchen has all we needed. The location is top notch as it is located close to fabulous dining like Casa Pantera and close to downtown. Delicious breakfast and coffee spots close by. The host is awesome, responsive and helpful. I like that he checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Will stay here again!

Find us

The home is close to the 10 and 54 freeways, Montana Avenue (a cross town thoroughfare). It sits equidistant between the airport and downtown (three miles to each) so getting to central El Paso or the airport is quick and easy. El Paso has a pretty good bus system with bus stops a couple of blocks away. Uber rides are popular too and due to the home's proximity to central El Paso, usually quite affordable too.
